Happy 4 Months!

Happy 4 Months!

A few days ago, I received a hearty "congratulations!" from a few friends. Although it was pleasant, I couldn't help but panic to find something congratulatory worthy.

Did I get engaged? ...no
Married? ...no
Am I pregnant? ...no

I was really drawing a blank.

I was kindly filled in that some old classmates recently saw my name in the Borderlands credits (as an audio intern!) and were rather stoked. Wasn't that nice? Unemployment has been a bit stressful on me, so it's always wonderful to hear fun news like that :).

Now into month 4 of unemployment, I've recently been trying to ready my online portfolio a bit. Since Borderlands is on people's minds, I figure it's a great time to send a new wave of intern/assistant/etc. applications. So with that, I've been cleaning my portfolio, adding a few new things, and changing my profile picture, which Aimee was so kind enough to let me kidnap. Eric also pointed out some helpful tidbits (like my awful resizing of my picture), and quickly made me a couple icons. Helpful, helpful people!

Eventually, I'd like to redo my website, but it'll take me a while to figure out how to do all of that mumbo jumbo again. Plus, it's always nice to know that mine is brighter and more whimsy compared to some of the guys I'm up against!
