More than anything, I hate people that complain and complain and never do anything to make something work. I complain, but I make an effort to figure things out.

Please don't complain and badmouth people. I cannot emphasize how juvenile and irresponsible your actions are. If you see a problem, try and fix it. If we make a mistake, correct us, and we'll try and solve the problem.

Instead of constantly complaining and arguing, do something to make a change.
