Today I woke up during my normal "get ready for work!" hours. It was quite an odd feeling to just lie in bed and realize that my internship is over.

Packing has been going pretty slowly, but I FINALLY had a chance to see Brittany today! We had a lovely breakfasty lunch at Cafe Brazil. It's crazy to think that I haven't seen you in almost half a year! Britt, I'm super glad I got to see you, and omg, your hair is beautiful! :)

My thyroid ultrasound was pretty uneventful. I waited for about an hour before I was seen, and it was crazy how fast it was done! Tomorrow I should potentially be hearing results. I'm not too concerned. I figure they'll just confirm that my thyroids are swollen, and with how my bloodwork has been, they'll probably tell me I have hyperthyroidism. I wonder if I'll have a prescriptive medication? Bummer about how that'll cost with my new insurance, but on the bright side, I've been successfully off my anti-depressants for 3 weeks!

Later, I had a goodbye dinner with friends at Zenna. Thanks for arranging for the meal despite your crazy schedule, Karen! I really appreciate it, and thanks for feeding me :). There was a bit of awkwardness, but overall, I'm happy to have seen people.

It scares me a bit to think of the friends I am leaving behind, but I know that we'll be alright. Let's stay close, keep updated, and see each other much! ♥
