Since forever, I have a tendency to stumble a bit when I read/type dessert or desert. While both are quite lovely, I think I prefer the edible kind. Lucky for me, a friend recently confided a clever trick- "you want more than one dessert."
Recently, I've started making my own fabulous desserts! And though they're not quite the edible kind, I'm still very amused.
Working with felt is a bit difficult as it tends to rip, which makes stuffing dangerous, but I'm slowly getting the hang of it.
They're still a little messier than I'd like, but practice makes perfect, right?
I've even taken to prettying them up in boxes!
It's really nice to have a hobby, now. Unfortunately, it only makes me crave more and more deserts... to eat desserts.

Wow, what a unique hobby! You should open an Etsy shop -- these are so adorable! They'd make great Christmas tree ornaments.
Thanks Sobrina! I haven't been sewing lately, but the idea of opening an Etsy shop has definitely crossed my mind!
They'd make me sad if they were Christmas ornaments though- they'd make me crave sweets all the time!
