shopping!
Hoorah!I went shopping today with Karen over at Firewheel (an outdoor mall) in Garland. It was rather nice, I had never been there before! We left this morning, and surprisingly, Firewheel was rather tame for Black Friday. . . I really enjoyed shopping with Karen. I think sometimes I feel a bit awkward shopping with someone, not necessarily because I don't like that person or don't enjoy their company, I'm not sure how to explain it. . .anyways, Karen, if you're reading this, let's go shopping again sometime! :D
We later decided to drop by Deep Ellum to find a new cartilage earring, and to look into getting our noses pierced.
I'm really thinking about getting a small nose piercing, like a small stud. I fancy the idea that unlike the tattoo, it isn't quite permanent (and to be honest, I fear being an old lady with a tattoo). So, I'm taking votes on whether I can get away with having a small stud piercing. :)
The place we were trying to go to was closed. . . and vacant.
So, we went a little further down the street to buy our earrings from a rather weird guy who made rather awkward jokes, like, "oh! are the balls too big? b/c i only have large balls" and "oh, these ones are sexy!".
Later, I played some Left 4 Dead with Eric and Stevo, quite fun, quite fun! I really love the music, ambiance, and sound. Good job, sound team. . . and especially the composer! :)
