Hoorah! Happy b-day, Karen!

Today starts day one of our joint birthday festivities! Tonight, we'll be going to Gameworks, and tomorrow, we'll check out Kona, both of which I've never been to :) !!!

Yesterday, after we got off work, we started baking a bajillion cookies from SCRATCH. That's right, from scratch!






Yep, so that was a lot of fun, and we watched/listened to Mulan, Chicago, and Karen's funny microwave. Oooh! And her dad poked fun at me, "Kat, there's something on your nose. . . riiiiight there (implying my nose piercing)!" So yes, it's official, Karen's family has seen both of our nose piercings. :)

Today, we'll decorate them after we go out to get our nails done. . . how girly, yeah? Anyways, I'm excited, I've never done that, too, haha. :)

Speaking of excited, Biggie, Karen's dog, was pretty excited about our baking finesse, and really wanted some, too.
