So today I'm gonna visit one of the piercing places I've looked up that has pretty good reviews. I'm a bit anxious, and I do have a list of questions that my partner in crime, Karen, wants to know. I've been doing quite a bit of research and polling friends, and I'm about 96% sure I want to get it done. :)

Remember though, I'm talking about a small stud not a ring!!!

I'll also be dropping by home-home tonight, I figure I should give them a heads up. I'm rather anxious about that though, and have pictures prepared of both friends and random people that seem to be similar to what I'm planning on getting done.

I'm a bit worried about what my friends will think, though. Although I have gotten blessings from quite a few, there are always the few that didn't fancy the idea. I also am comforted that the career route I am aiming for will not discriminate me due to such a facial piercing. In fact, I believe that I'd still be safe if I went back for my phD for research in psychology. It's also comforting to know that the piercing won't necessarily last forever (though I will ask about scarring and keloids today). . .

Anyways, so that's that. Check the place, peg them with my million questions, drop by home and hope for the best. :)
