crossing fingers.

So last night, I went home to break the news to my parents. It went rather well ("You're going to get HIV! You're going to get infected! That's stupid!!! No, no way!"), and I was able to explain to them how thoroughly I've been thinking about it, and even offered the card to the place that Karen and I will be going to in case they had any more questions. Ultimately, my dad said that it's my face, and I can decide on whatever. Today, he even texted me telling me that the doctor he was working with said to be careful of keloids since asians are more prone to that. He then sent another text saying I should just get my belly button pierced. . . hahaha. >_<

Tonight, we have our presentation of the game that we have been working on in class. I'm rather anxious to see how it turns out, and I have my fingers crossed that the music will turn out okay (I haven't seen the majority of it implemented). I hope that people will see our hard work, and that goes for me, too! Listening to what I've made for the class, I find many mistakes, or think of ways that I would have improved. I think I've developed since the beginning of the school year, and am proud of the improvements that I have made (though lament on what should have been done). In fact, next semester, I get to be audio lead for the new project that my professor's class will be working on. :) However, still no word from the companies that I applied for internships at, though. Though it's unfortunate, I'll just have to keep on working.

Tomorrow, I have one of my finals, that I have yet to study for. I've been quite busy lately, and to be honest, this test (for Normal Language Development) is on my back burner. After my class tonight, it will just be cram, cram, cram!!!

But you know what I really want to do? Holiday shopping. :)
