the man named Myrtle.
"What's the order?""Eric"
"Myrtle?"
". . . "
Eric came by this weekend. Hoorah! Things are starting to get really busy, so his visit was warm, nice, and much appreciated. ♥
Though tomorrow we have no school, I have great intentions of getting up early and working on projects and running a couple errands.
A few of the important things I plan on working on / doing:
1. Waking up (good luck, me!) etc. etc.
2. Collecting/creating concept sound effects for my game production class.
3. Collecting/creating concept music for the game production class.
4. Must go to bank!
5. Replenish grocery stock (somehow some of that disappears when Eric comes by. . . )
-I really want some pineapple juice. . .
-meat
6. Run a couple errands.
-guitar case?
-book for class?
-supplies for class.
-SOY SAUCE! <-- well. . . grocery item, huh?
7. Work on 2 short percussion compositions for class. (due Wed.)
8. Work on music for my CGEC project.
9. Complete two songs for portfolio.
10.Work on other school assignments. >_<
For the most part, the concept music and sound are what I'll mostly focus on since those are due on Tuesday. Although it doesn't quite sound like a lot of work. . . it really is, haha. I've already gone through the game doc several times and started working on an asset list for sounds per character and environment, so at least I have a general idea of where I want to go sound-wise. Each team is supposed to come in with a particular amount of stuff ready for the class to review on Tuesday, so hopefully I can get enough stuff together. . . so. . . I'll say the top three are the most important. . . well, and the pineapple juice. ;)
Eric and I also decided to start cooking more often. I think thus far, I'm doing a fairly good job eating out less and cooking/finding something to eat at home. I'm really excited about starting to cook more, though! It's amazing how much money you save when you make something. Granted, it depends on what you make and how long it takes, but it's also fun to see what you can do with your leftovers the next day. Worse comes to worse, cereal is wonderful, haha. Ooh! And though it's not exactly cooking, I love these frozen dinosaur shaped chicken nuggets that Target sells! They're quite yummy!
So. . . I figure if I blog about it and post it I'll feel silly if I don't accomplish at least the important things I've listed. . . so. . . there, I've listed the important things I need to accomplish.
