old lady knees.
My left knee was killing me today, particularly after 6:00PM (haha). No joke, I felt like someone just ran up to me and kicked my bad knee . . . with cleats on (haha). I blame a lot of it on the crazy weather. I mean, Tuesday was around 79*F, then Wed. came along with lots of rain and a high of 49*. . . Thursday is supposed to be 42*, and etc, but then next Wed. it'll be back up to the 70s! Goodness!Anyways, my lovely jingly belly dancing scarf came in recently, and I was looking forward to class tonight, but alas! I'm glad I knew better than to push it otherwise my knee would be awfully swollen and almost incapacitated tomorrow. Speaking of dancing, I just came back from some of the Goodphil dance practices, which made me quite nostalgic. I really wish I could have danced this year, but last year was a good year to end on I suppose :). I'm really proud. They were able to pull a lot together in a short time (. . .sounds familiar, huh?), and I hope the audience will appreciate their hard work.
I'm also excited about spring break next week, but I'm also worried. I'll be out of town for a while, and there are tons of things that need to be done ASAP (and I won't be able to work on them away from home). I'm also a bit anxious about my work load increasing (I've been quite packed as it is, especially with the work, my many projects, and school) when I start the internship. It's exciting and it does make me feel productive I guess, but yeah. . . It's funny too, sometimes I forget I'll be graduating so soon. :) But yeah. . . here's to hoping for the best! <3

Hope your knee feels better soon!
homegirl, we are on the same page in a lot of aspects. I am trying to catch up on all these school projects, knowing that I won't have time to do them in Chicago. But I've been doing so much school work these past few weeks, I just want to relax and see friends again.
p.s. let's go here:
